SECTORS WE PROTECT
Construction
Protecting live sites, plant and materials from theft, trespass and vandalism.
The challenges
Construction sites are attractive targets: valuable plant, tools and materials sit in the open, boundaries change as the build progresses, and sites are often empty overnight and at weekends. A visible, well-managed security presence protects your programme, your budget and your insurer's confidence.
Plant and tool theft
Excavators, generators and power tools are high-value and easy to move. Unattended sites are prime targets for organised theft.
Metal theft
Copper cable, lead and steel are stolen to order. The cost of replacement is often dwarfed by the delay to your programme.
Trespass and unauthorised access
Open sites attract trespassers, putting them at risk of injury and you at risk of liability, delay and reputational damage.
Out-of-hours vandalism and arson
Nights and weekends leave sites exposed to deliberate damage and fire — one of the costliest risks on any build.
