Trained officers attend alarm activations, check your site and handle everything from start to finish.
About this service
An alarm is only useful if someone responds to it. When your intruder or fire alarm activates, our officers attend your premises, carry out a full perimeter check and investigate the cause.
If there are signs of a break-in, officers liaise with the police and remain on site until it's safe. Where it's a false activation, they reset the system where possible and secure the building.
After every response you receive an incident report setting out what was found, what action was taken and any follow-up needed.
